Amplifying the community, one paw at a time.
Pet ownership is a responsibility, and is often tied deeply with fond memories, lasting connections, and moments that stay with us long after our friends are gone. Unfortunately, not all furry friends find their forever homes on the first try. That’s where Saving Grace Animal Society comes in! Saving Grace Animal Society secured their non-profit status and created their shelter facility in 2018, and in just a few short years have grown and expanded, becoming a full scale animal rescue operation. Their motto is simple – rescue them all, big or small! Saving Grace Animal Society seeks to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome any animal in need, from the smallest dwarf rabbit to cows and horses. Over the years they’ve partnered with various businesses for events and fundraising initiatives in order to keep their much-needed operation going. Amanda McClughan, Development Director at Saving Grace, says the community has shown them tremendous support.
“It’s important to support the community because the community supports us! Being a non-profit, we could not do what we do every day without the support of local businesses and community members.”
Through fostering, rescue, and active rehoming, Saving Grace Animal Society has made a difference in our community.
“Rescue doesn’t sleep and sometimes we hardly do either. Our hard work, and dedication to helping animals, has allowed us to help so many in need.”
Saving Grace Animal Society – Amplifying the community by bringing voices to those who have none, and by making sure every animal’s story has a happy ending!
