Love, Yoga, Grace believes “Small business is nothing without community and communities are nothing without small businesses”. That’s why they love helping the community and the members that live here. From the everyday opportunity to help members in the city take care of themselves in a yoga class, to donating gift certificates to local charities, we all need each other to make this place a wonderful place to live, grow and prosper.
Love, Yoga, Grace is proud to support at least 3 events per year. Some of the past events that they have supported are Puppy Yoga for Fostering Hope, Yoga Classes in exchange for Socks for Safe Harbour. Plus, very soon Love, Yoga, Grace will be teaming up with Lululemon Bower Mall to raise money for Cawes. At Love, Yoga, Grace they provide classes to suit specific needs or overcome specific barriers that people deal with on a day to day. Some of these classes are Yoga for Plus-Sized Bodies, Yoga for Dad Bods, and Yoga for Anxiety.
They are truly honored that people come to them to support their well-being and practices. And when they say “all are welcome” that’s 100 percent the truth.
